I like it a lot, but I feel you could maybe dial down the bg texture opacity but a little bit, especially in the top header area, cause my eyes are being drawn to the bg, and not the site content itself :(

but the shapes and details, colors all look lovely imo :)

shouldn't the red ribbon, on both sides, move 1 pixel to have it look as they're placed behind the content panel?
though it's a nice web layout
